Terms: The highest bidder will be required to sign the sales agreement immediately upon the conclusion of bidding.

1. A non-refundable deposit of $10,000. is required and a letter of credit from a bank for the purchase price. Deposit to be increased to a total of 10% of the sale price within four business days of auction.

2. The deposit shall be in the form of cash, certified or cashier’s check (payable in the name of the buyer and to be held by Fitzgerald Realty & Auctioneers).

Settlement: To occur within 45 days or sooner. All closing costs to be paid by the          purchaser. Time is of the essence.

Condition: Ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium of the high bid will be added to the final bid and will become the final contract price.
