Terms: The highest bidder will be required to sign the sales agreement immediately upon the conclusion of bidding.
1. A non-refundable deposit of $5000 is required.
2. The deposit shall be in the form of cash, certified or cashier’s check (payable in the name of the buyer) and to be held in escrow by Fitzgerald Realty & Auctioneers.
3. Auctioneer is acting as the sellers agent.
Settlement: To occur within 30 days or sooner. All closing cost to be paid by the purchaser. Time is of the essence.
Condition of Sale: Ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to the final bids.
3% co-op commission will be paid to any broker who registers and accompanies their high bidder to the auction. To be paid at settlement.
